Til Death Do Us Part! (Making Divorce Illegal)

Okay, I understand the whole Love thing. When you really love someone, you and your 'other' decides to spend the rest of you're lives together. This is where marriage fits in. Okay. However, how can you stand before God, a pastor, your family/friends and most importantly your "lover" and say "this is who I want to spend the rest of my life with" but then 'divorce' them? Isn't Love 'suppose' to be stronger than that?
In most weddings the bride and groom make up their own vows and/or the pastor reads traditional vows. Most vows sound similar to this: "I, (name), take you, (name), to be my beloved (wife/husband), to have and to hold you, to honor you, to treasure you, to be at your side in sorrow and in joy, in the good times, and in the bad, and to love and cherish you always. I promise you this from my heart, for all the days of my life". Now this vow is pretty much self explanatory. This vow symbolizes you're deication, your life and your promise to love the one you are marrying through thick as well as thin.
Im not saying that all marriages fail, and I know all marriages aren't perfect, but if you made a promise to yourself to love your 'other' through the good and the bad, why not try to make it work? Why even get married in that matter. I DONT believe in divorces. I think we need to stop the redundant process of Divorcing and make it Illegal.
